OUR PROPRIETARY SUB-BASE BUILD-UP (HOLDS 1500T PER M²)

From start to finish, we’ve refined every stage of our installation process to deliver the best possible results for our customers.

Our excavation work is carried out by our expert team using a specialist technique that allows excavated material to be loaded directly into a mobile skip. This means minimal disruption for you and your neighbours, with no skips left outside your property and no unsightly piles of earth.

Once excavated, we install up to 220mm of Type 1 MOT, sourced directly from the quarry. We never use recycled MOT. The sub-base is then thoroughly compacted using heavy-duty compaction plates or a roller to create a strong, stable foundation.

Next, your chosen edging is installed, followed by our proprietary sub-base, designed to provide additional strength and ensure full SUDS compliance.

Finally, we install the UV-stable resin-bound finish, creating a durable, attractive surface designed to look great and perform for years to come.
